The video is really choppy
If you're having trouble with the videos being really choppy, here's what do to: Hit the pause button, and give the video a little time to load. Then, about 30 seconds or a minute later, hit play, and everything will be smooth.
I get audio but no picture
Two of our moms had this problem. You need to upgrade your version of Flash. Go here to make that happen.
I got an error or a bunch of strange-looking technical crap when I went to a page
Database errors occasionally happen 'round these parts... the good news is, the error sent us a message, and we'll get on fixing it.
